Summer has finally arrived to Ireland!! This morning in Limerick we had another #MetisMorningRiverRun and it was hot before we even got going.

Then along came our own Martina with a short warm up before the run, and it was great to include something new. Full of positive energy we kicked off for an easy run along the riverbank . On our way out we were welcomed by the lovely weather and beautiful view of the river Shannon. What a fabulous way to start a Friday.

We finished up back at SMRC for Tea, Coffee, Pastries and drinks that Martina prepared for fast recovery and refreshment. (Best Muscle builder of 2019 and Aloe Vera drink that tasted unreal.) We also had tasty Buns and Oatcakes with personal messages on them prepared specially for the morning by the lovely Eileen Reeves.

We all know how important a recovery process is and that’s why we are so happy that Noel showed us how to use his #backballer. It Improves mobility and flexibility, Improves performance, prevents injury and helps you to recover faster. (To find out more check his Instagram “backballer”.)

We are delighted to see new faces every time and hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
Thank you once again for your support and make sure to spread the word and bring a friend next time!!

We look forward to seeing you all in July. Enjoy the fine weather!

If you would like to join our monthly #MetisMorningRiverRun, please contact Martina on mhnatysyn@metisireland.ie and she will add you to the mailing list.
