I’m Manasa, and this is what it’s like to be a Client Services Associate at Metis Ireland.

Working at Metis Ireland

Our Client Services team works closely with the Financial Planning team to provide world-class service to our clients.

My day to day role:

A wide spectrum of tasks makes up my responsibilities as a member of the Client Services Team.

These include:

  • Ensuring client records are kept up to date
  • The compliance maintenance of client files
  • Maintaining the sales pipeline through frequent follow-up communication by telephone and email
  • Liaising with life companies, Private Client Managers and our clients

I also assist our Financial Planners with any requirements that are part of the client’s Metis LifePlan. This involves reviewing client information and processing protection, investment and pension applications. I also provide market research and quotes for the products most appropriate to the client’s individual needs.

The Client Services team strives to achieve excellence from the first steps of assisting clients with their application process through to communicating with the relevant life company to ensure policies are implemented quickly and correctly, at all times keeping the client at the centre of everything we do.

What I enjoy most about working at Metis Ireland:

The highlight for me is our team-oriented atmosphere. The team is highly energetic and client-focused at all times.

Accountability and pro-activity play a key role in maintaining the trust of our clients, which energises me daily in my role.

There is an exemplary dedication to us as employees in providing opportunities for individual progression and development across a range of career paths. I’m excited to be taking my QFA’s this year to advance my career in the company.

I look forward to continuing giving my best at Metis Ireland and the wonderful opportunities ahead.
