We give everyone a half day on the Friday before or the Friday after their birthday. Everybody avails of this and it does not come from your annual leave

After 2 years’ service, your annual leave increases each year until year 5.
After 5 years’ service, in that particular year you get an extra week’s holidays, and every 5 years thereafter you get an extra two week’s holidays.
