Responsibilities
As Head of Compliance, Sinéad is responsible for ensuring the business operates within the legal and regulatory frameworks. In what is a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, a pivotal aspect of Sinéad’s role is to ensure that the behaviours within the team reflect the highest standards of integrity and fairness. Solutions-focused and committed to innovation and integrity, Sinéad designs training and development programmes to educate, support and maintain our regulatory and ethical standards.

Outside work

A travel enthusiast and a lover of books, learning and development – in all its forms but, in particular, in the area of diversity and inclusion – Sinéad has many passions. She is an active member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce and several organisations which aim to promote female leadership and entrepreneurship. Yet, if asked to choose just one, that would have to be spending time with those she loves. There is a long list which includes a wide circle of family and friends, with her husband, Thiago, and their two dogs at its centre.
