A keen strategist on and off the field, his career in finance began in 2010 and has seen him working as premier wealth manager with Bank of Ireland as well as senior account manager with the intermediary arm of Davy Group.

Responsibilities

As well as leading our ever-expanding operation in Dublin, as a Private Client Manager Paddy, along with his team, helps Metis Ireland clients to structure the right financial plan for them and their families. He’s passionate about helping people to achieve the life they really want, but he’s just as keen on giving them absolute clarity, so they know exactly what’s happening with their money.

Outside work

After retiring from his sporting career with the Dubs in 2021 Paddy completed the Executive MBA in DCU over two years achieving first class honours before moving onto his next project… the slightly more important (and challenging!!) adaptation to fatherhood after he and his wife Doireann welcomed baby Hugo in autumn 2023. You might still catch Paddy’s sporting thoughts (if you’re interested!) on his podcast with Off The Ball and with Virgin Media on Ireland A.M and GAA Go for the summers Gaelic Games championships… (he can’t let go!!!)
