Leading Financial Planning Firm Metis Ireland has kickstarted the new year with a raft of senior promotions across the business.

The move sees Cian Callaghan take on the role of Private Client Manager, while Paddy O’Halloran moves up to become Head of Finance, and Sinéad Clinton expands her remit to become Head of Compliance.

The strategic promotions follow a hugely positive year of growth for the business – which now has more than 15 members of staff, turnover in excess of €1.5 million, and assets under management of more than €260 million.

Commenting on the promotions Metis Ireland founder and Managing Director, Carl Widger, said the trio’s many years of experience and expertise within their individual fields will ‘further enhance’ the firm’s client proposition and service delivery capabilities.

About the promotions

Carl Widger said: “I am absolutely delighted to announce the promotion of Cian, Paddy and Sinéad, all of whom have played a pivotal role in our continued success over the years. It is important that we recognise and reward that contribution.

“Together they share a commitment to delivering unrivalled service to our clients, always acting with integrity and in the very best interests of everyone they work with; and individually they boast a wealth of experience within their individual areas of expertise.

“I am proud and privileged to have them working alongside me and the wider team as we work with an ever-growing number of clients who are looking to put a plan in place to reach their immediate and longer-term financial goals.”
