#MetisMorningRiverRun

Our monthly #MetisMorningRiverRun for August was run no.12! As the darkness of the winter months start to creep in, that didn’t stop over 20 of our runners rocking up to Saint Michael’s Rowing Club this Friday morning! We gathered at the usual time of 6:55am and was delighted to see over five new faces run for the first time with us!

As it was a new experience for them Karl gave the description as he does every month. ‘Start at SMRC jog out the Condell Road as far as the roundabout and loop back in, take it at your own pace, its not a race and enjoy it! Tea, coffee and croissants will be here on your return… And off we went…

A massive shout out needs to go to Graham, Karl and Ger who have not missed a run! #stillholdingtherecord

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning there was a great buzz, we hope you have a lovely weekend and enjoy the hurling match!! We have some news coming soon about our September Run which will be held in association with Limerick Live 95FM Stop Tour and Cliona’s Foundation.

See you all Friday, September 21st!
