Ex Professional rugby player with Munster and Connacht. Playing over 100 times for Connacht Rugby and capped to Ireland A level before retiring through Injury in December 2011. Keith attained his QFA designation in tangent with his rugby career in 2009 and worked part-time on his rest days to gain valuable experience. Keith has been working full-time in the finance sector since January 2012 following his retirement from rugby.
Keith holds a first class honours Masters in Business Management which he completed in the University of Limerick in 2013.
Keith enjoyed a six-month training spell at Deloitte in Limerick before joining a leading financial planning company in Dublin. Keith has returned to Limerick and now embarks on the next step in his career with Metis Ireland.
